Mediaviewer views should be reworked to be an eventlogging event

Description

At this time mediaviewer views of images (as opposed to preloads) are being sent to a specific beacon. Those requests look like this:

en.wikipedia.org /beacon/media ?duration=7063&uri=https%3A%2F%2Fupload.wikimedia.org%2Fwikipedia%2Fcommons%2Fthumb%2Fa%2Fa3%2FCannon_Beach_At_Dusk.jpg%2F1920px-Cannon_Beach_At_Du

These requests should be reworked to be eventloging/eventgate ones so they can benefit from the event pipeline. To my knowledge at this time after being sent those requests are not stored/agreggated anywhere.

This looks like a good candidate for an EventGate first implementation.

Talked with @jlinehan that (once our phase 1 of client was merged , which just was!) this work would be the next step, so we have some client code using the new client and also get valuable data after the vertical is deployed.
