I'm delaying this migration until later in the list; we've recently lot an addition of slightly easier schemas to migrate, so we will do those first.
Note to self:
From what I can tell, EditAttemptStep and VisualEditorFeatureUse are produced by extensions MobileFrontend, DiscussionTools, VisualEditor, WikiEditor (PHP), but the schema schema version is set in one place in WikimediaEvents.
