Description

Goal: Simplify how instrumentations are created.

Impact:

Reduces time to create new instrumentations
Automates the capture and population of common data points so they no longer need to be accounted for separately by different instrumentations

Success Criteria:

Identifies common data points collected across majority of instrumentations
Datapoints are clearly defined in an easy-to-understand way for newcomers
We clearly align on how to populate/generate/calculate data points
