Create femiwiki group on Gerrit

Description

I am a member of FemiWiki Team, who maintaining a Korean wiki, femiwiki.com.

We have developed a few extensions and the source codes are accessible on GitHub. I was happy with GitHub for years. But now I think some of our extension will take even more benefits of Libraryupgrader, Quibble, l10n and others, when it is hosted on Wikimedia Gerrit.

So, as the first step, please create femiwiki gerrit group and invite the below as members.

(This is the first time I told this plan to my team. I am sorry to surprise you!)

@Lens0021 Have any of the extensions been migrated over the Gerrit yet? As creating a ACL group isn't needed to there are repositories it will be used against.

Please see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Gerrit/New_repositories/Requests about requesting (and importing) repositorie, Is there plans to bring over all extensions/skins or just selected ones?

No extensions are migrated currently.

I have plans to bring just select ones. I have filed an importing request as the first.

Created the group and added it as a member of the extension-PageViewInfoGA (which leaves permissions the same for that extension)

I couldn't find @simnalamburt —what's the right gerrit username to use?

Maybe simnalamburt does not have Gerrit account and will not, so currently it seems to be ok to me. Thank you for your efforts.

Okie doke, so I think this should be done. Any new repos can now use the femiwikigroup as owners (or add that group to the extension group as appropriate).
