As a proxy for understanding the Wikipedia policies/instructions/guidance that experienced volunteers perceive "editors" (broadly defined) are most in need of being made aware of, this task involves the work with cataloguing and organizing the information these experienced volunteers have embedded into Edit Notices that appear in the main namespace.
