Context
Description
WMF wants to build a community of practice around Central Notice that improves clarity of roles and functions within the foundation for supporting community and foundation use of Central Notice.

Estimated effort
- 1-2 hour per month initially to identify roles, responsibilities and long term expectations -- and share each teams experience and connections with issues related to central notice
- "after that, its going to shift to a community of practice -- mostly on slack keeping teams informed, and providing a point of contact when one of the teams is implicated."
- The first cycle of work will finish by Q2, and we will likely ask teams to continue to have someone on call for consultation (i.e. if someone wants to use central notice for a survey again).
Impact
Better coordination and ownership of central notice problems (such as the survey issues happened recently)
Priority
This is high priority for the requester as each time there is a challenge a lot of internal WMF resources get consumed to address it.
Note: Kinneret and Miriam should be present in the meeting where we discuss the prioritization for this task.
