@TAndic for requests from outside of Wikimedia Foundation (community or affiliates), what is the best way to surface them to you? (right now I'm using a mix of bcc-ing you in some emails in case you have bandwidth to reach out if you can. I wonder if I can/should do something differently.)
Hi @leila, thanks for this -- for now I think the best way would be to route them to email surveys@ and ask them to share as much context as they can:
Any organizers, affiliates, or user groups are always welcome to reach out to surveys@; if it's a large-impact survey we may ask to meet with them, or if it's a smaller project we'll just give our quick feedback and make sure they have all the components they need. Let them know it may take us a few days to respond, but we'll triage and try our best to help out :)
Of note: We have not worked with many non-wiki-affiliated external researchers, so that may better go through the team as the risks and impact are different than what our community members are working towards.
