Current behavior:
While using the Edit Patrol and Watchlist, confirmation snackbars appear after taking actions. The current positioning obstructs the toolbar, and the user must wait 5 seconds until the snackbar disappear before starting their next action using the toolbar. I noticed it in the following situations:

• In diff view:
  • After using "Thank"
  • After using "Watch"
  • After publishing a talk page message
  • After undoing an edit
• In Saved messages
  • Deleting messages (it covers the write new message button).

Expected behavior

• Snackbars to not cover functionality (Original designs show them above the toolbar)
• Users can see confirmation of their actions while immediately moving onto the next action as they patrol
