I am yet to determine who all fall into this category of some users. I have identified atleast two, including me. The languages Hindi, Punjabi, Kannada, Tamil etc etc fail to show up. Only the first few ones appear in the sidebar.

Apparently, this problem occurs only on betalabs. It works just fine on Wikipedia, now that it's deployed there.
But this implies an issue with the location detection on betalabs (or something else perhaps).
