Users should be able to edit Wikidata on mobile view. The current javascript interface cannot be adapted in the current state because it requires some dependencies like jquery.tipsy which are not supported on mobile. However, we should reuse as much javascript code as possible.

[Structured Commons](https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Structured data), which relies on Media Info Extension (https://m.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:WikibaseMediaInfo) doesn't have the same issue and works perfectly on mobile. Is there any possibility to use the same technology in Wikidata?
In the long term future Wikibase UI will be reworked using Vue.js. Currently only mobile termbox uses it.
