Hi @Samwalton9-WMF, we've used the Hashtag tool for one of WMCZ's competitions and we are just trying to pick winners. We found out that some edits were not detected by the tool until now. Please see the query and list of some manually picked examples of not detected edits below. Is there anything we can do about it?

My bad, template {{Unsigned}} on enwiki should be substituted. But template {{Nepodepsáno}} on Czech Wikipedia may be/is used without substitution on more than 3,7k talk pages.

Hey @Pginer-WMF, thank you. It was sometimes working and sometimes not, in period of few days. I will looks trough my history and try to put more examples there. Sadly, I don't have reports from console, I was not thinking about that.
Maybe it was just issue after that incident. I will try to get more "evidence".

@Aklapper: Ahoj, I mean when is in article title diacritics, for example "í". It looks like this:

View mentor's userpage sounds good. In my opinion should be buttons switched, for me is more importatnt contacting mentor, than viewing his userpage.
