I've had runJobs going as a cronjob for a while, but I wasn't aware there were potential template updates that aren't making it through. I'll have to look into that some.

Honestly I just added that bit above to my Common.css. It's not a great solution, but it works.

After poking around in Chrome's debugger I managed to find that ve.debounce seems to be what's changing the focus back to the edit layer.
