PolyGerrit seems to like vertical whitespace a lot. I can probably figure out how to hit it with a user CSS hammer, but it will take some work.

These two shots are of the same changeset rendered in the same browser. The old UI with the css I came up with several months ago provides much more information density than the polygerrit default. To be fair, the default gerrit view of this changeset is even more horrible than polygerrit so they are making some progress.
