More WikiFont icons

• Adding WikiFont icons (all but menu icon, language dropdown arrow,

and notifications icon). Now the color of all the header icons can be
easily changed by changing the color property of the .header-button
class. Likewise, when buttons are pressed the icons turn the anchor
:focus color, which is orange; again, this can be changed easily with
CSS.

• Reworking dropdown and sidebar JS; now all dropdown items use the

same function to show/hide (although the search bar uses some
additional code as well)

• CSS animations for all dropdowns instead of jQuery fade
• Miscellaneous fixes (e.g. search suggestions turn blue when pressed

on mobile)

The “tools” or “more…” dropdown seems buggy when it’s opened, the user
scrolls down, and then the user scrolls up again. I’m thinking about
proposing that we rework the scroll header anyway though so that
shouldn’t be huge (that’s also the reason why I didn’t clean up the
scroll header JS).
