Database Scanner shows 100% even if it is stopped prematurely.

Description

Currently the database scanner shows 100% and the number of pages found along the bottom after it has completed or if it was stopped prematurely. This can be confusing. If it is stopped prematurely it should instead display the percentage it reached (or even the last page it reached).

rev 11157, don't set completion % to 100% in db scanner if user presses stop, leave completion % as is.
