Phabricator dashboard should be customizable

Description

When I open this phabricator instance homepage, I see what I describe as a "dashboard".

I would like to see two columns: one with new events for issues I participated in explicitly (watched, commented, awarded a token, reported, etc) and one with new events for issues for components I am watching ("she is watching the MediaWiki-Vagrant component, therefore any events related to MediaWiki issues should go to this column").

The current Phabricator provides no interface for such layout or for any dashboard customization whatsoever. Please provide such interface, it would be useful for me.

There is a Phabricator application called Dashboard (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/dashboard/). I'm assuming if you are a new user your home dashboard was automatically set to the default one. You need to create your own dashboard (or pick an existing one) and "install" it to make it show up on the home page. Refer to the documentation on MW.org for doing that.
