Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

Author: dunc_harris

Description:

Yes, that is odd. Maybe it is not happening on the Wikipedias, but certainly in
the Commons:

http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:GWR_%27Hall%27_5972_%27Olton_Hall%27_at_Doncaster_Works.JPG

maybe it is the settings?

Nope, there's a link to that image on the image description page itself; it's
coming from the "GFDL" template.
