I can't access toolsbeta-webproxy via ssh, either with ProxyCommand through bastion.wmflabs.org or from within Labs. Connections to port 22 time out. The console output doesn't tell me much; security groups are the same as for toolsbeta-webproxy-01 which I can access with no problems.

I think the instance could just be deleted, but for the future it would be nice what caused this. I suspect ferm and thus would like someone with salt powers to run iptables -L on toolsbeta-webproxy (or whatever else might be informative).
