I can't access `toolsbeta-webproxy` via `ssh`, either with `ProxyCommand` through `bastion.wmflabs.org` or from within Labs. Connections to port 22 time out. The [[https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:NovaInstance&action=consoleoutput&project=toolsbeta&instanceid=ea8d8eaf-46b6-4166-a818-2194b0dea96b&region=eqiad|console output]] doesn't tell me much; security groups are the same as for `toolsbeta-webproxy-01` which I can access with no problems. I think the instance could just be deleted, but for the future it would be nice what caused this. I suspect `ferm` and thus would like someone with `salt` powers to run `iptables -L` on `toolsbeta-webproxy` (or whatever else might be informative).
