The matter has been discussed at
http://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keskustelu_Wikipediasta:Teemasivu#Nime.C3.A4minen
and at
http://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Kahvihuone_%28tekniikka%29#Uusi_nimiavaruus:_Teemasivu.
No-one has objected to the proposal.

The name of the namespace should be "Teemasivu", and the corresponding talk page
should be named "Keskustelu teemasivusta".

I have installed both namespaces. No conflict detected.

I used a space in the talk namespace, fixed it later with an underscore.
