Might be easier if we got ops to run updateinterwikicache on a regular cron on tin (usually terbium is the host for maintenance scripts, but this script needs to be run on a deployment master host). Important note: Avoid a repeat performance of T106460

It isn't updated that regularly, so it can be manual, just looking for direction on what is best.

Phabricator task in Wikimedia-Site-requests and Wikimedia-Interwiki-links is fine with me. I watch Wikimedia-Site-requests so will usually see them reasonably quickly.
