Looks like we just need a deployer to run updateinterwikicache on tin once we're able to actually sync-file interwiki.cdb again:
02:02:35 sync-file failed: <CalledProcessError> Command '/usr/bin/php -l /srv/mediawiki-staging/wmf-config/interwiki.cdb' returned non-zero exit status 255
