This is just an idea, which needs to be validated. Apologies if this is already in phabricator--I couldn't find it.

I know the Discovery team is working on detecting the language of search terms, and performing a search on those wikis. Searches that don't return results (on the current wiki) should also search wiktionary and wikivoyage. For wiktionary, it should probably only be a title search.
