What do you talk about, where you "only show the latest warning message"

On talk page? In huggle interface? On report page? On wiki?

On User talk pageson sv.wp only the last warning message is displayed (at the top of the user talk page under a "newest message") while old ones are truncated (with {{mall}} or {{tl}} and lisited under another section ("older messages"). That is pretty complex update, what's the point of doing it? Do other tools, like twinkle handle this update?

Well, no other tool for antivandal work works on sv.wp (and there is no twinkle on sv.wp) that I know of.
