Description:
The icon in the bottom left hand corner of the screen (when using the MonoBook
skin) which links to the MediaWiki website should link to
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki instead of http://www.mediawiki.org/ .
According to the w3c link checker links which give a permanently moved status
should be changed.

http://www.mediawiki.org/ is the entry point. We might change the
other at anytime. Closing bug.
