Description

WLM participants report problems with the upload wizard on Commons. The first window of the wizard does not open, see the screenshot attached

. A similar problem happened in the end of May during Wiki Loves Earth, so the relevant discussion on Commons may be helpful:

Similar to that case, most of the users do not encounter any problems during the upload, but there are few who can't open the wizard.
