It would be helpful if we know the timeline of this change (i.e., when the new flags become available) because there is one urgent task that requires filemover flags. Thank you!

Also, specifically, what permissions are required? rollbacker => rollback, patroller => patrol, and filemover for just filemove? Or anything more is required?
@revi: yes, this is what we assumed. I would also add 'suppressredirect' to 'filemovers' if it is allowed
If this task is urgent, I would upload a patch today (without suppressredirect), and there is maybe one week deploymentime, I guess. But I'm not sure, wether it's one week.
@Luke081515: I have asked whether we have any objections to 'suppressredirect'. It will be clear by tomorrow morning if there are any.
I guess you can upload the patch without suppressredirect and add it later. Thank you for advising us about the time scale!
