Our software development process requires a dialog with our communities. Sometimes that dialog happens in specific projects, sometimes it is organized in a centralized way in a single wiki. When using a central wiki, which one should that be? mediawiki.org, Meta, else...? Should it be always the same place, or changing depending on... what?

The goal of this task is to have an agreement documented that can be used by WMF Engineering teams to organize their consultations.
