The namespaces are not interface messages. Interface messages should be fixed on translatewiki. Namespaces set up in MediaWiki and extensions need to be translated in that repository, and cannot be done by Wikimedia-Site-requests config changes.

Strings can be translated on https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Translate&group=mediawiki&language=jbo&filter=&action=translate

I don't see month names on translatewiki.net.

I'll get consensus for the namespace though, although I don't see why that's needed when the names aren't even in Lojban now--why would someone disagree with translating them?

I don't think any of the namespaces mentioned are part of the configuration (and therefore subject to configuration change requirements such as consensus), they are part of the actual software itself. Some custom namespaces are, but not these.

As for the month names, I see them. Just go to 'https://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:' with the English month name appended.

Sorry, beneath your huge table I just noticed this:

The Wikipedia namespace should be called "uikipedi'as", or, if apostrophes aren't allowed, "uikipediias".

That probably would be a config change, please open a separate task.

Several messages also have "page" translated as "ckupau". Each message that has that should say "papri" instead.

• Special: (as in Special:RecentChanges, Special:Contributions etc) - this looks to be "rirci"

"Special" should be "rirci"; that's correct. I think "Media" should be "velsku".

Oh, I did make a mistake. "Template" should be "termo'a", not "morna". "Template talk" should be "casnu lo termo'a".
