Description:
Categories in namespaces... or 'categorized categories'...
This sounds silly but what I would like to see is this, a specific user develops a specific 'categorization' of articles (under his personal namespace). That 'categorization' is only visible to him.
The user marks his 'categorization' as public, and it is entered into a list of 'categorizations'.
Any user can select from a list of 'categorizations' to be displayed while they browse articles.
In this way 'specialist' or 'alternative' categorizations of pages could be created by individual users, then adopted and expanded by like minded users. This would allow more flexible categorization rather than the 'all or nothing' system that exists.
Perhaps its too fiddly an idea to be any practical use.
This is *not* a duplicate of bug number 450.
