Request to set $wgRestrictDisplayTitle = false at de.wikibooks

Description

The de.wikibooks community wants to use {{DISPLAYTITLE:Foo}} in order to shorten the {{FULLPAGENAME}} showing the final part only. This is very useful in books containing long page titles, e.g.: C++-Programmierung/ Eigene Datentypen definieren/ Klassen als Datenelemente einer Klasse should be displayed using the chapter name only: Klassen als Datenelemente einer Klasse.
