And this is not a feasible idea again. If we decide to expire those accounts with no edits in 14 days after their creation, an ill-tempered sockpuppet creator will simply get around this by doing a trivial edit in the accounts' own user page, for example. If, on the other hand, we decide to expire all accounts if they have no edits in 14 days, then ... you already know what happens!
