Please enable own talk page editing for blocked users, as this is allowed by the blocking policy ([[el:Βικιπαίδεια:Φραγή]]) which was recently discussed and fixed ([[el:Βικιπαίδεια_συζήτηση:Φραγή]]).

Does ANY developer watch the bugzilla?
The community can be broken very easily if it decides something and it is not implemented. Many problems arise when the blocked users are allowed to write in their talk pages but they have to do it anonymously.
