Description

Please change the name of project talk namespace in cu.wikipedia.org from "Википєдїѩ бєсѣ́да" to "Википєдїѩ бєсѣда" as acute accents are no longer in use in page names.

(Update) https://cu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Википєдїѩ_бєсѣ́да:Обьщєниꙗ_съвѣтъ#гласованиѥ local consensus for change is reached.

First of all I would like to point out that acute accents are removed from other namespace names for quite a time (several years I believe) and only Project Talk one remained with acute for whatever reason.

As for discussion, this change was suggested by User:Γρηγόριος here: https://cu.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:ОйЛ#Ударения_в_советах and as both local sysop of cu.wiki and active contributor for CU localisation on Translatewiki I find this request reasonable.
