Incorrect HTML title ("Preview") when submitting watchlist changes

Description:
When a user removes one or more items from their watchlist, the resulting success page has "Preview" in the HTML title. This is a side-effect of using "submit" as the action, and the subsequent assumption in OutputPage::setPageTitle().

Simple solution would be to use a different action.
