Description

Now that T94083: Update repositories that use mediawiki_selenium Ruby gem to version 1.x is resolved, we can remove all mediawiki_selenium 0.x related code from jjb/macro-browsertests.yaml

The way browser tests jobs are created using JJB needs to be refactored. I did not find anything that could be cleaned up for now.
