Description

Hello, I'm organizing a Wikipedia Edit-a-thon at Do Space in Omaha, NE for African American History Month in the US.

I would like to request a temporary lift on the cap of our IP address -- 97.107.199.77 -- for en.wikipedia.org and commons.wikipedia.org on Saturday, February 20, 2016 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm CST for volunteer training (10am-12pm) and the event itself (12pm-3pm). We are expecting 50 attendees.

I don't know who has to finally approve the lift, but the patch above should do it. I've added a limit of 60, ten more accounts, just in case. Time conversion from CST to UTC was done using this page.
