a patch for include/linker.php
When looking on the ommited HTML output of mediaWiki, there is now special class for inner links. i added a new class for them, innerlink (sadly, internal was already taken), so one could find those links easily.

as i see it, the class 'internal' is used in thumbs and pictures now.
