The "Campaigns" header looks like "×ž×‘×¦×¢×™×", but should look like "מבצעים". It seems like there might be some encoding issue in the javascript file where we define these messages.

It's fine for me. I sent an screenshot. One thing, why the diff is LTR? I thought we fixed it. (It was RTL for fa.wp last time I checked.

Looks like the problem was that my copy-paste to [[:m:MediaWiki:Gadget-WikiLabels.js]] (that I have been testing) is a big part of the problem.
