In a category listing lots of pages with Persian titles, the order of the appearance of them is not correct, according to the order of letters in Persian language. For example, articles started with پ (Peh) are sorted "after" those starting with many of the other letters, while in reallity, پ (Peh) is the "third" letter in Persian alphabet.

I guess collating the SELECTs as utf8_persian_ci will solve it. It won't affect other languages.

Maybe, it would be better to apply the collation to the table, rather than the software. In this case, I'd like to request the relevant tables of Persian Wikimedia wikis to be collated that way.
