fixes permanent file not found warnings

Seems that during the Internationalization of this module the initial lang file got removed?

CategoryTreeFunctions.php searches for CategoryTree.i18n.php without checking first if it exists.

This creates a warning for every call made to the module. I fixed this and a added a patch.
