Currently when Special:AddPage is called without parameter, it shows a message:

This is the page for adding a page. You must specify a form name in the URL; it should look like 'Special:AddPage?form=<form name>' or 'Special:AddPage/<form name>'.

It might be a good idea to allow user to pick the form to use, e.g. show a list similar to Special:Forms or in a drop-down (contents of a drop-down should be automatically populated or defined using a MediaWiki message page - similar to MediaWiki:Sidebar).
