Description:
When I use the forminput parser function to create new pages, the resulting URL to which I get redirected is wrong. I use the following parserfunction:

Entering : Document:My User Manual (230-060624)
redirects me to: http://mywww.myweb.com/mywiki/index.php?page_name=Document%3AMy+User+Manual+%28230-060624%29&form=DOCUMENT

Apparently the 'title=<somepagename>' part is missing in this URL.

Some config info:

MediaWiki: 1.10.0
PHP: 5.2.2 (isapi)
MySQL: 5.0.41-community-nt
IIS6.0
Semantic Forms: 0.5.5
Semantic MediaWiki: 0.7

Apart from this problem Semantic Forms is a GREAT extension!

Thanks for the bug report; this bug was fixed (I hope) in version 0.5.6.
