Support for Semantic MediaWiki 1.0

Description

Semantic Forms should support version 1.0 of SMW, which is currently (Sept. 5) at the pre-alpha stage. This will become a more pressing concern once SMW 1.0 reaches at least alpha level (and that's why I'm listing this as an "enhancement"). Hopefully a single version of SF will be able to support both SMW 1.0 and higher (with its changed database and object structures), and the relevant pre-1.0 versions, 0.6 and 0.7, through the use of if-statements.

Essentially done in version 0.6.7 - closing this general ticket. More specific problems with SMW 1.0 should get their own bugs.
