Extension:SiteMatrix should has an API. In attachment I created a patch with 2 APIs:

Severity: enhancement

• bzimport raised the priority of this task from to Medium.Nov 21 2014, 9:59 PM

• bzimport set Reference to bz11431.

This patch should be verified and tested by the SiteMatrix maintainer.

You think? Actually, I tested it using langlist and $wgLocalDatabases from http://noc.wikimedia.org/conf. Resuls are attached.
