For a lot of items such as cities in China, there's currently no English label but a Chinese label. The English label likely should be the romanization of the Chinese label written in Hanzi.

I think it would be very useful if Wikidata would show the romanization of the label written in Hanzi when hovering over the label. Furthermore there could be a drop-down menu when right-clicking on the label that would allow the user to copy a romanized version of the label.
