The svg-file at File:Socialist_Party_logo.svg does not render a proper thumbnail, it turns out as blank on most (?) wikis. Loading of the svg-file itself renders as expected.
If loaded into Inkscape and then reuploaded a security warning is issued
It reads "Upload warning" and then "Found href to unsecure data: URI-target…"
The discussion at Wikipedia:Torget (the Bazaar at nowiki). On the right is a thumbnail of the logo.

Maybe one of them is not in the whitelist?
Metamarex found the bug. Th svg-file reads xlink:href="data:;base64,iVBORw0KG… but should read xlink:href="data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KG...
