Description:
Protecting a page will cause changes to that page that took place before the protection to not show up on peoples' watchlists.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit a page. Watchlist it.
2. Protect the page.
3. Load your watchlist.

Expected result:
The page shows up on the watchlist, with either the latest edit or the protection showing

Actual result:
The page does not appear on the watchlist.

The page will also not show up on the watchlists of anyone else watching, and unprotecting will also cause it to not show up.
