Page title is tricked by HTML-Entity in it

Description

Hello, today I encountered this article [http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gregor_Thaumaturgos_(der Wundertäter)] on Wikipedia. I was unable to move it, because of its Umlaut "ä" written as "ä" in its title. Whenever I tried [[Special:Movepage/Gregor Thaumaturgos (der Wundertäter)]], it said "Move page: Gregor Thaumaturgos (der Wundertäter)" (with 'ä', not 'ä' as expected). Of course, the ä-article doesn't exist and so I was not able to move it. Same with the Logbook - inaccessible. Deleting the article however, worked somehow (I am not an admin, so I couldn't delete it myself).
Seems to be a general problem with HTML-Entities, if you ask me...

Confirmed, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:AzaToth/X%26auml%3BY

As this makes log-book entries unaccessible, I feel it's not minor.
