I got to that url-link by pressing "responses" on https://otrs-wiki.wikimedia.org/wiki/List_of_queues on the "wm-donations"-line

I don't have access to the wm-donations queue, so I should have gotten "You do not have the rights to access this queue" message.

Just to confirm this issue, I am an administrator on the OTRS interface. Despite having access to the same queue, I get the same error as Josve05a. The OTRS system log shows the following:

Wed Jul 6 01:47:51 2016 error OTRS-CGI-10 Module Kernel/Modules/AdminQueueResponses.pm not in @INC (/opt/otrs/Custom /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib /opt/otrs/ /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.20.2 /usr/local/share/perl/5.20.2 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.20 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.20 /usr/share/perl/5.20 /usr/local/lib/site_perl . /etc/apache2)

Seems to work for me. "No Permission to use this frontend module!"

Looks good to me. Closing.
